摘要
目的分析磷酸肌酸钠用于老年冠心病合并左心功能不全治疗的效果。方法选择我院老年冠心病合并左心功能不全患者120例,随机分成两组各60例,对照组使用常规治疗;实验组在此基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠,比较相关指标。结果两组患者治疗后LVEDD、BNP、LVESD、LVEF各项指标均有明显改善,且实验组改善优于对照组。结论采用磷酸肌酸钠治疗老年冠心病合并左心功能不全可以改善患者的血流动力学和心功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of creatinephosphate sodiumin treatment of senile coronary artery disease and left ventricular dysfunction. Methods Selected 120 coronary heart disease in elderly patients with left ventricular dysfunction. The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,60 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine treatment. The experimental group was added creatine phosphate on the basis of control group. The relevant indicators were compared. Results LVEDD,BNP,LVESD,LVEF indicators had improved significantly in both two groups after treatment. The indicators of experimental group were improved significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion The creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease with left ventricular dysfunction can significantly improve the hemodynamics and cardiac function of patients.
