摘要 目的:观察慢性阻塞性肺气肿临床治疗方法及效果。方法搜集2014年2月~2015年2月我院慢性阻塞性肺气肿38例,依据治疗用药不同进行分组。对照组治疗药物选择氨茶碱,共19例;在此基础上对实验组应用环丙沙星,共19例。观察对比两组疗效。结果两组比较,实验组肺功能各项指标改善明显(P〈0.05),治疗有效率高(P〈0.05),不良反应少(P〈0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论慢性阻塞性肺气肿临床治疗时联合应用氨茶碱、环丙沙星,效果显著。 Objective Clinical treatment method and its effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema are to be studied. Methods 38 patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema were chose who were treated in hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 and separated them into two groups according to different medication treatments. 19 patients in control group were given aminophyl ine medication treatment,and 19 patients in study group were given ciprofloxacin medication in addition to aminophyl ine medication,and then compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Compared to control group,patients’lung function indicators in study group were improved better(P〈0.05),and treatment efficacy was much higher (P〈0.05)and side effect incidence was much less(P〈0.05),there was a treatment differential between two groups. Conclusion Aminophyl ine combine with ciprofloxacin medication is of clinical efficacy in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema.
