摘要
目的：对手术治疗胃穿孔的手术方法和临床效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2014年2月～2015年2月在我院接受治疗的37例胃穿孔患者，根据患者的实际病情来选择针对性的手术方式进行治疗，并对手术方式以及手术效果进行总结。结果17例患者采用单纯穿孔缝合术进行治疗，20例患者采用胃大部切除术进行治疗，术程平均为（111.4±5.7）h，平均住院天数（10.4±1.4）d。术后有5例患者出现术后并发症，其中包括1例中毒性休克，2例腹腔感染，2例切口感染，术后并发症发生率为13.5%。结论根据患者的实际病情来选择针对性的手术方式进行治疗能够取得十分显著的临床效果，具有操作便捷、术程和住院时间短以及安全性高等诸多优点。
Objective To explore surgery treatment method and its effect in treatment of gastric perforation. Methods 37 patients of gastric perforation were chose who were treated in hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 and treated them with different surgery methods on a basis of patients’il ness condition,and then made a comparative study on surgery treatment methods and effects between two groups. Results 17 patients were treated with simple perforation suture treatment,while the other 20 patients were treated with subtotal gastrectomy surgery,the surgery time was（111.4±5.7）h on average,and patients’hospitalization days were（10.4±1.4）d on average. There were 5 cases of complications,including 1 case of virus shock,2 cases of abdominal infection and 2 cases of incision infection,the complication incidence was 13.5%. Conclusion For treatment of gastric perforation, choosing targeted surgery treatment with taking patients’il ness condition into account is quite effective and it is easy to operate,besides,such a treatment is conducive to reducing patients’hospitalization days with safety.
