摘要
采用内部沸腾法提取荔枝壳中总黄酮,在解吸剂浓度为80%乙醇、用量为4m L/g、时间为15min,提取剂浓度为25%乙醇、用量为20m L/g、提取温度为85℃,提取两次,每次4min的条件下,总黄酮提取得率为23.4%,总黄酮含量为38.9%,实验结果表明:内部沸腾提取法用于荔枝壳中总黄酮的提取快速有效且经济环保,优势明显。
With internal boiling method, this paper extracts the total flavonoids from litchi pericarp. The First extraction is ethanol of 80% desorbent concentration, amount of 4mL/g, time of 15minutes; the second extraction ethanol of 25% desorbent concentration, amount of 20mL / g, temperature of 85℃. The result is that with 4minutes each time, the extraction rate of total flavonoids is 23.4%, with 38.9% of total flavonoid content. Finally, this paper concludes that the internal boiling method to extract total flavonoids from litchi pericarp is fast, efficient, economical, environmental-friendly and advantageous.
