农类高职院校“三能”教师队伍发展的思考与实践 被引量:1

摘要 当前农类高职院校师资队伍发展存在"唯教学"观念突出、师资基础薄弱、业务素质能力欠缺、培养机制不健全等主要问题。农类高职院校职能发展和转变要求教师提升教育教学能力、科学研究能力和社会服务能力。面对"三能"教师队伍要求,农类高职院校应加强校本培养、提升教师教育教学能力,加大实践锻炼、加强教师实践能力培养,提倡教师间精诚合作、提高教师科学研究能力,坚持项目引领、强化社会服务职能。 The current main problems in development of teacher team in agricultural vocational colleges are strong conception of "simple teaching", weak base of teachers" team, deficiency .of professional qualification and inadequate training system. Therefore, the agricultural vocational colleges" development requires the teachers to improve teaching, scientific research and social service abilities. According to this, the colleges should strengthen in-school training, improve teachers" teaching ability, increase practical exercises and practical training, encourage the fine cooperation between teachers in order to increase the scientific researching ability, and insist in leading program to strengthen social service ability.
