摘要
近年来,师范类大学生就业难成为影响师范院校发展的主要瓶颈之一,尤其是美术类师范毕业生其就业形势更加严峻。分析其原因很大因素是美术类师范生的就业能力不足所导致的,因此本文结合工作经验,对当前美术类师范生就业能力所存在的问题进行相应的分析,进而提出提升美术类师范生就业能力的基本路径。
In recent years, the normal university students＂ employment difficulty is the main bottleneck that affect the development of Normal University, especially the art students＂ employment situation is more severe. Analysis of the reasons big factor is caused by lack of the employability of fine arts students of normal colleges. Therefore, this article combines the work experience, analyzed the problems existed in the current art college students employment ability, and then proposed to improve the basic path of art college students employment ability.
