摘要
煤层瓦斯吸附特性的研究是掌握煤层瓦斯涌出规律的前提,也是防治煤矿瓦斯事故灾害的基础。为了能够准确掌握软煤层对瓦斯的吸附特性,文中采用HCA型高压容量吸附法,对软煤体瓦斯恒温吸附过程进行实验研究,并与硬煤体进行对比,从而得出软煤层瓦斯吸附特性规律。结果表明:软煤的吸附常数a和b均稍大于硬煤,软煤对温度的变化较硬煤更为敏感,软、硬煤的吸附常数a,b值均与温度T成二次函数关系,且软、硬煤的等量吸附热均随吸附量的增大而增大,软煤的增加幅度要远大于硬煤的增加幅度。该研究结果为研究软煤层瓦斯赋存规律、优化煤矿瓦斯治理技术、保障煤矿安全生产提供理论依据。
Research on the characteristics of methane adsorption in coal is not only the premise of studying the gas emission law in coal seam,but the foundation of preventing mine from gas accident. In order to master the adsorption characteristics of soft coal to gas accurately,this paper adopts the absorption device of the HCA high pressure volumetric method to study gas isothermal adsorption in soft coal and then compared with that in hard coal. The results show that adsorption constants of soft coal are little more than that of hard coal,they are all quadratic functions of temperatures,soft coal is more sensitive to temperature than hard coal and their isosteric heat of adsorption increase with elevate temperature,but the increasing extent in soft coal is higher than that in hard coal. The research rusults provide the theoretical basis for studying gas occurrence regularity in soft coal,optimizing gas control technology and guaranteeing coal mine safety production.
