摘要
为初步探讨天山雪莲醇提液对雌性小鼠血液生殖激素及离体子宫活动能力的影响,选择性周期正常的小鼠随机分为试验组和对照组,实施连续光照3周。试验组小鼠每天灌胃雪莲乙醇提取液0.5mL,对照组每天同法灌胃9g/L的NaCl 0.5mL。3周后小鼠眼眶采血,分离血清,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分析雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡素(FSH)和促黄体素(LH)的变化;处死小鼠,获得离体子宫,用Powerlab系统观察雪莲醇提液对小鼠离体子宫活动能力的影响。结果发现,试验组小鼠的E2、FSH和LH水平都高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);试验组小鼠子宫活动力明显好于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。表明适量雪莲醇提液可以增强雌性小鼠离体子宫平滑肌的活动能力,并可明显影响小鼠血清E2、FSH和LH的水平。
In order to study the effects of ethanol extract of Saussurea involucrata on seral reproductive hormone levels and uterus activities in vitro in mice, 30 female mice with normal sexual cycle were randomly divided into ex- perimental and control groups and then were continuously exposed to the light for 3 weeks. The mice of experi- mental group were taken with ethanol extract of Saussurea involucrate by intragastric administration at doses 0.5 mL/mouse, and same as the control group were taken with 9 g/L NaC1. Serum was separated from blood collected from post-orbital vein. Levels of estradiol (E2), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) were analyzed by ELISA. The activities of isolated uteri were observed by Powerlab System. Results showed that the reproductive hormone levels and uterine activities were significantly different (P〈0. 05) between the mice of experimental and control groups. The levels of E2, FSH and LH in mice of experimental group were higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The activities of uteri in mice of experimental group were stron- ger than that of control group, either (P〈0. 05). Results showed that appropriate amount of ethanol extract of Saussurea involucrata might enhance the contraction of isolated uterine smooth muscle, and maintain the reproduc- tive hormones of female mice in a normal level.
