摘要
根据政企客户的业务特点,电信政企项目管理平台需要建成具有统一业务架构、信息架构、应用架构和技术架构的政企客户服务业务支撑系统。并且在此基础上,通过细化售前、售中和售后的工作要求,建立政企客户项目管理平台,完成对统一架构的验证,从而明确政企客户的业务支撑系统演进路线。文章对项目管理平台的建设进行了阐述。
According to the business requirements of the enterprise customer, telecom enterprise project management platform should be established as a enterprise customer business support system with unified business architecture, information architecture, application architecture and technical architecture. And on this basis, after detailing the work requirements of the pre-sale, selling and after-sale, the establishment of enterprise customer project management platform would complete the verification of the unified architecture, in order to clear the enterprise customer business support system evolution. The paper expounds the establishment of telecom enterprise project management platrorm.
