摘要
2型糖尿病形成的关键是胰岛素抵抗及胰岛β细胞功能障碍,脾脏的生理功能失调与糖尿病的关键发病基础之间有密切的联系。从中医角度看,改善脾脏系统的功能,与2型糖尿病形成相关的其他脏腑功能亦能得到改善。近年来研究表明针刺能改善胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能。该文通过阐述近些年临床常见2型糖尿病形成的病因病机、脾脏系统的功能在整个过程中的重要性,及其与糖尿病关键发病基础之间的联系,进一步说明从脾相关穴位针刺治疗糖尿病的优效性,为临床治疗糖尿病规范化取穴提供有力证据。
The key to the formation of Type 2 diabetes is insulin resistance and pancreatic 15-cell dysfunction, the physiological disorders of the spleen and the key basis of diabetes is closely linked. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, to improve the function of the spleen system, associated with the formation of 2 diahetes other viscera function also can he improved. In recent years, studies have shown that acupuncture can improve insulin resistance and pancreatic [3-cell function. This paper describes clinical common the etiology and pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus in recent years, and the importance of the function of spleen system in the whole process, and the connections with the key basis of diabetes, further, to elaborate the superior effectiveness of acupuncture in treating diabetes from the spleen meridian, and to provides strong evidence of canonical find for clinical treatment.
