摘要
随着社会不断发展以及人才的不断竞争,促使人才流动的问题逐渐显现,给人事档案管理带来了一定改变与问题。在医院内部管理工作中,进行人事档案管理不仅可以为医院人才考察提供依据,也是医院内部管理的重要组成部分,人事档案管理也是人事工作中不可或缺的一部分,可以有效的对人才进行配置、合理流动以及使用,提高人才素质的重要保障,也是全面了解人才、聘用人才的重要根据。所以,这就要求人事部门增加管理力度,保证人事档案资料的准确度、完整性以及可靠性。本文对人才流动给人事档案管理带来的问题进行了探究,并提出了合理的解决措施,以便于保证医院的各项工作都可以顺利完成。
