摘要
我国高职教育改革正处于关键时期,高职院校的发展面临着许多机遇和挑战。后示范时期高职院校干部还存在立不起、顶不住、跟不上的问题,为此,职业院校要通过构建干部干事创业的平台,帮助干部提升能力,牢固树立想干事、能干事、干成事的工作态度,培养立得起、跟得上、顶得住的干部队伍。
The reform of higher vocational education in our country is in a critical period. The development of higher vocational colleges are faced with many opportunities and challenges. After the demonstration period, cadres in the higher vocational colleges still have some problems. Therefore, vocational colleges should build a platform for cadres to help them enhance their abilities and firmly establish a good work attitude.
