摘要
面15沙5段扩产能建设项目为三类项目,通过对该项目的钻井工程、采油工程、地面工程进行工程造价分析,可以看出,前移项目管理步伐,可有效控制工程造价;综合各专业信息,选择最经济的设计方案,可有效控制工程造价;全方位造价管理是降低工程造价的有效手段。要更好地做好建设项目造价,必须加强各专业学习,促进交流,将工程造价控制多元化;必须强化工程造价管理活动中材料、设备的控制管理;必须加强工程造价监督、反馈环节的力度。
The production--expanding construction project of Sha 4 Member of Mian 138 belongs to the third level. Cost analysis of its drilling, oil production and surface engineering shows that all--dimensional cost management is an effective means to lower the construction cost. Therefore, it is essential to control the cost in a diversified way by strengthening professional learning and exchanges, to reinforce the control over the materials and equipments in the course of the cost management and to enhance supervision and feedback of the cost.
