摘要
定额计价与清单计价是确定工程造价的两种方式,在现阶段,工程计价方式尽管还是双轨并行的局面,但随着我国经济体制改革的深入,市场自主定价模式将逐步占主导地位。
Quota pricing and list pricing are two ways of determining construction costs. Although the two ways are being used simultaneously in engineering pricing, market pricing mode is about to take a lead with further reform of economic system in China.
