摘要
砖混结构房屋由纵横墙承重,抗震性能较弱。新旧建筑的结合方式是改扩建工程的关键环节。以某学校公寓楼扩建项目为例,研究分析砖混结构改扩建设计特点,对公寓楼抗震鉴定并进行整体加固,提出了新旧建筑的结合方法,确保了整个建筑结构安全。
Supporting by longitudinal cross wall, brick--concrete buildings are weak in fighting against earthquake. The combination mode of old and new buildings is the key point in reconstruction and extension project. Taking the extension project of a school apartment building as an example, this paper analyzes reconstruction and extension design feature of brick--concrete structure and brings in the combination mode of old and new buildings to ensure the structure safety.
