一种好的航空电缆需具备电气性能好、耐高温、耐电弧、阻燃、耐化学腐蚀能力强、寿命长、重量轻等特点。在选择时需考虑电缆的使用环境、导线的绝缘层材料、导线的机械强度、导体的材料和导线的载流量等因素。在选择好电缆种类后,还需对电缆的压降值进行校核,以确保压降不会超出用电设备允许的压降范围。
Good electrical performance, high temperature resistance, arc tracking resistance, flammable resistance, strong chem- ical resistance, long life and light weight shall be the characteristic of a good aviation cable. When selecting a cable, shall con- sider the usage environment, wire insulation material, wire mechanical strength, wire conductor material and conductor charring capability and so on. After the selection of the cable, the value of voltage drop for it shall be evaluated to ensure the voltage drop of electrical equipment will not exceed the approved range.
