胎儿鼻骨超声检测在产前筛查中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 超声软指标可为产前诊断及核型分析提供较好依据,在胎儿产前超声筛查中的应用越来越受到重视。超声软指标包括心内强回声、脑室扩张、颈项透明层增厚、肠管回声增强、肾盂积水、肱骨和股骨短小、迷走右锁骨下动脉、单脐动脉、髂骨翼角度增大、鼻骨发育不良或缺失、小指中节指骨发育不良与小指弯曲等。
