气相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定杨桃中的内吸磷、抑霉唑和腈菌唑 被引量:3

摘要 建立了杨桃中内吸磷、抑霉唑和腈菌唑同时测定的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)分析方法。杨桃样品用乙腈匀浆提取、盐析、石墨化碳黑/氨基混合型固相萃取柱净化,乙腈/甲苯(3∶1,V/V)洗脱,浓缩定容,最后通过GC-MS/MS进行分析。农药的添加水平为0.02-0.50 mg/kg时,3种农药的回收率为75.6%-99.0%,相对标准偏差为2.4%-10.4%;内吸磷、抑霉唑和腈菌唑3种农药的定量限分别为0.010、0.020、0.005 mg/kg。该方法能满足杨桃中内吸磷、抑霉唑和腈菌唑3种农药多残留检测的要求。 The GC-MS/MS method was used to simuhaneously measure systox, imazalil and myelobutanil pesticide residues in carambola. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, and then induced by sodium chloride. It were purified on carhon/NH2 column with elution solvents of acetonitrile/toluene(3:1, V/V) and concentrated to 5 mL. The average recoveries of 3 pesticides were 75.6%-99.0% when the spiked levels were from 0.02, to 0.50 mg/kg, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) in the range of 2.4%-10.4%(n=5). The limits of quantitation (LOQ) for systox, imazalil and myclobutanil were 0.010, 0.020 and 0.005 mg/kg, respectively. The method is suitable for detecting systox, imazalil and myclobutanil pesticide residues in carambola.
