摘要
在抛石填海地层中,捷程MZ系列全套管钻机配合嵌岩钻机,既能克服杂填土层中的大块石、孤石等,又能施工嵌岩桩。利用它施工的嵌岩咬合桩止水帷幕不仅具有良好的止水作用,而且能够做到深基坑止水、支护一体化。以大连某项目深基坑咬合桩工程为例,介绍捷程MZ系列全套管钻机施工的嵌岩咬合桩,在填海地区杂填土地层中是一种很适用的技术,有较好的经济和环境效益。
With rock-socketed drilling rig, fully casing drill named Jiecheng MZ series can construct rock- socketed pile in the stratum of land reclamation with enrockment. The construction of the interlocking piles not only has the good effects on water-proofing curtain, but also can do retaining and protection of foundation excavation. Based on interlocking piles of deep foundation excavation engineering project of Dalian, this paper proves that the rock-socketed bored secant pile constructed by the fully casing drill is a very applicable technology, and takes the good effects on economy and environment in the stratum of land reclamation with enrockment.
