摘要
目的探讨就诊指导在外科门诊护理中的应用效果。方法随机选择2014年7—9月期间该院外科门诊收治的200例患者为对照组,给予常规候诊指导,另外选择2014年10—12月期间该院外科门诊收治的200例患者为实验组,给予就诊指导。用焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较两组患者的焦虑程度,以调查问卷的方式比较两组患者对护理质量的满意度。结果观察组患者SAS评分显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量满意度为99.00%,对照组护理质量满意度为92.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论就诊指导应用于外科门诊护理有助于减轻患者焦虑程度,提升患者满意度,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of patient guidance in surgical outpatient care.Methods 200 patients admitted in the Outpatient Surgery of our hospital from July 2014 to September 2014 were selected as the control group and given the conventional waiting guidance, and other 200 patients admitted from October 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the experimental group and given patient guidance. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) was used to evaluate the degree of anxiety of the two groups. And the nursing satisfaction investigated by questionnaire was compared between the two groups.Results The SAS score of the observation group was much better than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The satisfaction with nursing quality of the observation group was 99.00%, and that of the control group was 92.00%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Patient guidance applied to surgical outpatient care is conducive to reducing the degree of anxiety and improving the patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
