摘要 目的探讨肾脏疾病患者的骨密度变化情况。方法应用具有丰富经验和专业知识的临床检验人员进行研究组肾脏疾病患者和对照组健康人群骨密度检测工作,记录两组骨密度检测结果,分析不同肾小球滤过率对骨密度影响效果,通过统计分析获得结论。结果通过研究组肾脏疾病病人与对照组健康人群临床资料分析可知,研究组骨密度显著低于对照组;对比五组肾脏疾病患者骨密度可知,A组骨密度最高而E组骨密度最低,即肾功能越差则骨密度越低,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾脏疾病患者骨质疏松发生率将显著增加,临床医生应准确掌握肾脏疾病与骨密度相关性特征,对骨质疏松高危人群提供针对性的干预措施,有效缓解肾脏疾病患者骨密度下降速度,减少其骨质疏松发生率,保障患者生活质量及生命安全。 Objective To investigate the changes of bone mineral density in patients with kidney disease.Methods Clinical Laboratory de signated personnel with expertise and experience in the completion of the study group and the control group in patients with healthy people working kidney disease, bone density testing, recording two bone density test results, analysis of different glomerular filtration rate effect on bone mineral density after giving statistical analysis concluded.Results The patients in the control group of healthy people with clinical data analysis shows that kidney disease study group, bone density study group was significantly lower than the control group; comparing five groups of bone mineral density in patients with known kidney disease, A group of the highest bone mineral density lowest group E,suggesting that bone mineral density was positively correlated with the glomerular filtration rate, renal function, the worse is that the lower bone density, comparing the results were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion The incidence of osteoporosis in patients with kidney disease will increase significantly, clinicians should accurately grasp kidney disease associated with bone mineral density characteristics, providing targeted interventions for osteoporosis risk populations, effectively alleviate the rate of decline in bone mineral density in patients with kidney disease reduce their incidence of osteoporosis, quality of life and protect the lives and safety of patients.
