摘要
目的探讨碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎的临床效果。方法随机将196颗患根尖周炎的乳牙分为2组,每组各98例。实验组采用碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂充填根管,对照组用氧化锌丁香油糊剂进行根管充填,术后1年对两组的疗效进行观察,实验组总成功率93(94.8%)要明显优于对照组总成功率87(88.7%),且差异具有统计学意义。结果碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂组疗效明显高于氧化锌丁香油组(P<0.05)结论采用碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂置入根管内治疗乳牙根尖周炎是值得推广的方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of iodoform Calcium Hydroxide Paste treatment of periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth.Method randomly assigned 196 star with periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth were divided into 2 groups, 98 cases in each group. The experimental group used iodoform Calcium Hydroxide Paste obturation of the root canal, the control group with Zinc Oxide eugenol paste for root canal filling, after 1 years on the efficacy of the two groups were observed. The experimental group total successful rate of 93 （94.8%） was significantly better than that of control group, the total success rate was 87 （88.7%）, and the difference is obvious, with statistical significance.Results the curative effect of iodoform Calcium Hydroxide Paste group was significantly higher than that of Zinc Oxide clove oil group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion iodoform Calcium Hydroxide Paste into root canal treatment of periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth is a method worthy of popularization.
