摘要
目的探讨宫外孕休克并发肺水肿的原因与护理对策。方法选取2012年1月—2013年1月两年间该院收治的50例严重宫外孕并发腹腔出血休克患者作为该次调查对象,在治疗过程中患者突发肺水肿。将其按照住院时间分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者则总结肺水肿发生原因,给予优质护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为83.3%,明显优于对照组患者的60%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的平均住院时间为(20.5±2.2)d,观察组患者的平均住院时间为(12.2±1.5)d,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予宫外孕休克并发肺水肿患者进行全面严格的体征监测及优质护理,及时发现病症,以促进患者康复。
Objective To study the causes of ectopic pregnancy with shock complicated by pulmonary edema and the correspond-ing high-quality nursing. Methods The selected subjects were 50 cases with severe ectopic pregnancy and intraperitoneal hemor-rhage shock complicated by paroxysmal pulmonary edema during the treatment admitted in our hospital between 2012 and 2013. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group in accordance with the order of admission. The control group were given the conventional nursing, and the observation group were given the high-quality nursing based on the causes of pulmonary edema. And the nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the obser-vation group was 83.3%, obviously better than 60%of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. The average hospitalization time of the control group was （20.5±2.2）d, and that of the observation group was （12.2±1.5）d, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ectopic pregnancy patients with shock and pulmonary edema should be given strict and comprehensive signs monitoring and high-quality nursing, so as to find the disease timely and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
