摘要
目的探讨肠内营养支持治疗急性胰腺炎患者中的临床应用和疗效。方法选取该院在2010年1月—2013年12月收治的急性胰腺炎患者60例,随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组实施早期肠内营养支持治疗,对照组实施全肠外营养治疗,并比较两组疗效。结果研究组治疗后的白蛋白(ALB)明显提高、血红蛋白(Hb)和C反应蛋白(CRP)明显降低,APACHEⅡ评分明显降低,且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组感染和MODS发生率分别为23.3%、10.0%,明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养支持治疗急性胰腺炎患者可明显减轻患者炎症反应,改善患者整体状态。
Objective To investigate the enteral nutrition therapy in patients with acute pancreatitis and clinical efficacy. Methods 60 cases of acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were treated randomly divided into study group and the group of control , the study group to support the implementation of early enteral nutrition therapy, total par-enteral nutrition group implementation treatment, and compared the two groups. Results The study group after treatment albumin (ALB) significantly increased, hemoglobin (Hb) and C-reactive protein (CRP) was significantly lower, APACHEⅡ score was signif-icantly reduced, and the difference compared with the control group was significantly (P 〈0.05); study group infection and MODS occurrence rates were 23.3%, 10.0%, significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition thera-py in patients with acute pancreatitis patients can significantly reduce inflammation, improve the overall condition of the patient.
