摘要
目的探讨低温等离子辅助下采用悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床疗效。方法选取该院2010年1月—2014年1月收治的OSAHS患者800例,随机分为两组,对照组行单纯UPPP术,研究组在低温等离子辅助下行UPPP术,比较两组疗效。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量和术后并发症的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后6个月AHI明显降低(P<0.05),LSa O2明显提高(P<0.05),嗜睡评分明显降低,总有效率达78.1%,上述指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子辅助UPPP术治疗OSAHS患者疗效显著,可显著改善患者临床症状,且创伤小、安全性高,值得临床应用。
Objective： To investigate the use of low-temperature plasma-assisted uvula and palate pharyngeal angioplasty treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome clinical efficacy. Methods： OSAHS patients in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were treated 800 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group underwent UPPP surgery alone, the study group at low temperature plasma assisted downstream UPPP surgery, comparing the two groups. Results the operation time, operation in two groups of bleeding and postoperative complications had no significant difference （P〉0.05）; study group 6 months after operation, AHI decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, LSaO2 obviously increased （P〈0.05）, sleepiness score decreased significantly, the total effective rate was 78.1%, the above indexes were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： low temperature plasma assisted UPPP in the treatment of OSAHS patients with obvious curative effect, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and small trauma, high safety, and is worthy of clinical application.
