冷却制度对Ti微合金钢组织性能的影响

摘要 以一种Ti微合金钢为研究对象,通过热轧实验,利用SEM和TEM方法,对比研究了三种轧后冷却工艺对获得的钢板组织和性能的影响。利用SEM和TEM方法研究了三种轧后冷却工艺对一种Ti微合金钢组织和性能的影响,结果表明,当轧后采用快冷+空冷工艺和空冷弛豫+层冷工艺时,钢板组织均以粒状贝氏体组织为主,并存在少量珠光体,第二相粒子弥撒分布,尺寸小于10 nm,力学性能良好,且采用后者工艺钢板性能略优于前者;当轧后采用快冷+炉冷工艺时,珠光体组织增多,第二相析出量少,尺寸大,综合力学性能较差。 Taking a Ti microallyed Steel as the research object, through hot rolling experiments, by SEM and TEM methods, the influence of three kinds of cooling processes on the microstructure and properties of steel plates was comparatively studied. By SEM and TEM methods, the influence of throe kinds of cooling process after rolling on the microstructure and properties of a Ti mieroallyed steel was studied. The results showed that, when the fast cooling + air cooling process and air-cooling relaxation + laminar cooling process were taken after rolling, the microstructure of plates was mainly granular bainite, also existing a small amount of pearlite and mass-distributed secondary phases whose size was less than 10mm, and their mechanical performance were good, and the performance of plates produced by latter process steel is slightly better than the plates produced by the former process; when the fast cooling + furnace cooling process was taken after rolling, the microstructure of pearlite was increased, and the precipitation quantity of secondary phases whose size became bigger was reduced, so the comprehensive mechanical properties was poorer.
