摘要
以1,2-二(4-吡啶基)乙烯、卤代烃、7,7,8,8-四氰基对苯二醌二甲烷(TCNQ)为原料,合成了4种新型的1,2-二(4-吡啶基)乙烯双季铵盐-TCNQ阴离子自由基复合物(VBPDTCs),通过1H NMR、13C NMR、IR对其结构进行了表征,并研究了其电化学性质.循环伏安研究表明,它们均有3组明显的氧化还原峰,且氧化还原可逆性好;紫外吸收光谱表明,它们均具有较低的能量带隙(Eg?1.8 e V).此外,以VBPDTCs为原料组装的电致变色器件,当施加?2.5^+2.5 V电压时,器件颜色在绿色和血红色间循环变化,且变色效果明显.研究表明,VBPDTCs是一种具有广泛应用前景的新型电致变色材料.
Four new type of electrochromic materials, 1,2-vinylbipyridinium salts with 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodim- ethane (TCNQ) anion radical complexes (VBPDTCs) were synthesized with 1,2-di(4-pyridyl)ethylene, halides and TCNQ anionic radical. The structures of the complexs were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and IR. The investigation of cyclic voltammetry showed that the complexes have three obvious couples of redox waves, superior cycling stabilities and reversibilities. UV-Vis absorption spectra study demonstrated that the complexes possess relative low energy band gaps (Eg≤1.8 eV). In addition, electrochromic devices based on the VBPDTCs presented a stable and clear color change from green to red between -2.5 and +2.5 V. Therefore, the VBPDTCs are a promising new type of electrochromic materials.
