摘要
针对冷轧生产线上带钢跑偏问题,从硬件和软件两个方面设计了一款带钢对中控制器。考虑到带钢对中系统存在非线性和外部干扰等原因,常规PI算法的参数固定无法使系统获得令人满意的结果。用Fuzzy整定PI参数,在简化控制程序的前提下,将模糊PI算法编入PIC单片机中。实机实验研究表明,模糊PI算法具有良好的控制效果,实现了带钢对中控制。
According to the problem of strip's unevenness in cold rolling mills process,a strip center position controller was designed from hardware to software.Because the strip center position control system has nonlinearity and external disturbances,it cannot work satisfactorily with conventional fixed-parameter PI controller.The fuzzy-tuning PI controller was used and programmed into PIC single-chip on the premise of simplifying procedures.The research of real machine test indicates that the fuzzy-tuning PI algorithm has good control performances and realized the strip center position control.
