摘要
法治政府是政治文明的重要标志,是中国共产党实现现代转型的必然要求。法治政府建设主要体现在具体的行政行为中:党的领导是法治政府的方向保证,离开了党的领导法治政府建设将成为无源之水、无本之木;以人为本是法治政府的价值归宿,要把保护人民、依靠人民、造福人民作为中国特色社会主义法治政府建设的出发点和落脚点。
Legal oriented government is the main symbol of polities civilization, and also the neeessary requirement for Chinese Communist Party to realize its modem transformation. The construction of legal oriented government is mainly embodied in its concrete administrative actions ： the party＇ s leading should be the direction guarantee of legal oriented government, without the party＇ s leading the construction of the legal oriented government may lose its resource and become rootless;the value of ＂people first＂ should be the destination of legal oriented government, and we should set up the socialist legal oriented government with Chinese characteristics by the view of protecting the people, relying on the people, and benefiting the people as the starting and ending point.
