摘要
对灰铸铁铸件浇注前抗拉强度预测模型研究的必要性进行了论述,分析了国内外相关研究的现状及需要进一步解决的问题:研究者所建立的抗拉强度预测模型只针对所研究企业的相对固定生产情况,而不能适用于其他冶金因素不同的灰铸铁生产企业.为此,提出了根据共晶度和成熟度预测抗拉强度的新思路.
This paper discusses the claims that the prediction model has b but not for gray cast iron production e necessity of tensile strength prediction before gray iron casting,and een established only for a relatively fixed production of enterprises, nterprises of different metallurgical factors. Therefore,new ideas are given.
