摘要
采用沉淀法制备了Dawson结构磷钨酸十六烷基三甲基铵((CTAB)6P2W18O62·nH2O)催化剂,通过FT-IR、SEM、XRD、EDS对催化剂进行表征,并用于催化30%H2O2氧化环己酮制备己二酸.通过正交实验确定了反应的最佳条件为:w(催化剂)=7.55%(相对环己酮的质量),反应温度为100℃,反应时间为6h,己二酸的平均收率达70.5%,催化剂重复套用5次,己二酸收率仍可保持在61.2%.本工艺具有绿色环保、安全、操作简单等优点.
The(CTAB)6P2W18O62·nH2O catalyst was prepared by precipitation method and characterized by FI-TR,SEM,XRD and EDS.The catalyst was used in the catalytic synthesis of adipic acid from cyclohexanone.The best reaction conditions determined by orthogonal experiment were as follows:w(catalyst)=7.55%(relative to the quality of cyclohexanone),reaction temperature 100℃ and reaction time 6h.The average yield of adipic acid was 70.5%.The adipic acid yield was able to reach 61.2% after the catalyst reused for five times.This process has the advantages such as green,environmental protection,safety and simple operation.
