摘要
目的研究评价神经内科老年住院患者的营养状态和并发症情况。方法研究对象为该院500例年龄≥65岁的神经内科老年住院患者,住院时间为2012年6月—2014年6月,采用营养风险筛查量表(NRS2002)评价患者营养状况,测定人体测量学指标、生化指标,并观察并发症情况。结果完成各项指标者464例,其中营养正常患者257例,存在营养不良风险的患者207例,并且这207例患者BMI、AC、CC、ALB、Hb、TLC水平均低于营养正常组(P<0.05);而TP、TG、TC水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=59.740,P<0.01)。结论神经内科老年住院患者的营养状况可通过NRS2002获得初步评价,该科内具有营养不良风险的老年患者并发症发生率较高,临床应重视合理营养支持。
Objective to study the nutrition status of neurology elderly inpatients and complications.
