摘要
土地整治不仅在保护耕地和节约用地、促进新农村建设等方面发挥重要作用,同时在项目投资建设过程中也对相关产业产生影响,对国民经济起到拉动作用。本文以四川省安岳县护龙镇土地整治项目为例,运用投入产出法定量测算土地整治项目对国民经济的直接影响。经计算该项目投资直接对国民经济拉动乘数为1.56。结果表明,土地整治项目对国民经济的直接拉动作用显著,投入产出法可应用于土地整治项目绩效评价。
Land consolidation not only plays a major role in protecting cultivated land, saving land and building a new countryside, but also promotes relative industries and national economy. We applied input-output model to evaluate the immediate effect of land consolidation project on national economy in Hulong township in Sichuan province. The results show that the investment multiplier is 1.56 and the direct driving effect is remarkable. It is concluded that input-output model can be applied to land consolidation performance evaluation.
