摘要
以"总体国家安全观"为导向,对普通高校国防教育教学内容进行改革,是新时期"深化国防教育改革"的一个重要的突破口。作为探索,改革应从实际存在的理念、内容体系、目标等方面的脱节问题出发,遵循相关的法理和现实依据,在必修课、选修课、专题讲座等领域展开多路径探索,并通过多方评估验证改革的成果。最后,应探索建立一套教学内容改革的机制,使国防教育做到"因势而谋、应势而动、顺势而为"。
In the new era, national defense education teaching content reform guided by "the overall national security concept" is an important breakthrough of deepening the reform of national defense education. As an exploration, reform should start from analyzing the disjointed problems of ideas, content system, target, etc., carry out multi - path exploration in the required courses, elective courses and lectures following the relevant legal theory and practical basis, and verify the results of reform through a cor-responding evaluation system. Finally, we should establish a set of mechanism of national defense education teaching content reform. And then national defense education can plan and operate according to the country's security situation.
