摘要
在对合肥工业大学研究生联合培养现状及其发展态势简要分析的基础上,以环境科学与工程学科为例,就资源与环境工程学院、智能制造技术研究院和宣城校区等3个校内机构在该学科平台的研究生联合培养和管理,开展创新机制研究,提出明晰相关各方责权利关系的指导思想,以及解决智能制造技术研究院和宣城校区研究生导师匮乏问题的可行办法,初步构建了研究生联合培养与协同管理的创新模式。
Based on the status and the trend for cooperative cultivation of postgraduates majoring in environmental science and engineering in Hefei University of Technology, mechanism researches of cooperative cultivation management and operation were carried out due to the actual demands of School of Resources and Environment Engineering, Intelligent Manufacturing Institute and Hefei University of Technology Xuancheng Campus.In this paper, the guideline to distinctly define the responsibilities, rights and benefits among related parties was proposed, and the solution to settle the scarcity of graduate student teachers for Intelligent Manufacturing Institute and Xuancheng Campus were put forward.Finally, an innovative model for cooperative cultivation and collaborative management of postgraduates majoring in environmental science and engineering was initially set up.
