摘要
在当前计算机发展大趋势之下各部门之间各自为政的问题严重,这种封闭的关系使各部门的政务形式上流于重复,且各部门采用的不同核算衡量标准,在实际运用中造成重复输入,重新衡量的问题,基于此,本研究试从供应链管理的视角,在政府内部,对传统电子政务服务功能中部门间孤立的信息状况进行协同调整;在政府外部,对政府之间的信息进行公开,实现链条化的部门合作形式,打破部门之间的"孤岛"现象。
