摘要
目的观察加减地黄饮子联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗阴阳两虚型老年性高血压疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用加减地黄饮子联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗,对照组单纯应用硝苯地平缓释片治疗。结果治疗前两组SBP、DBP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组SBP、DBP较治疗前均有降低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组的DBP低于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前两组中医症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组中医症状积分较治疗前均有降低(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组的中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论加减地黄饮子联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗阴阳两虚型老年性高血压比单用硝苯地平缓释片有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Dihuang Yinzi modified decoction（DYMD） plus nifedipine zyban in the treatment of senile hypertension with deficiency syndrome of yin and yango Methods Sixty patients with senile hypertension and deficiency syn- drome of yin and yang were randomly divided into two groups,The control group（ n = 30） treated with nifedipine zyban, treatment group treated with nifedipine zyban plus DYMD. Results Before treatment, there was no difference in SBP and DBP between two groups （ P〉0. 05）. After treatment, SBP and DBP in two groups were decreased compared with before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉0. 05）. After treatment, DBP in treatment group was lower than that incontrol group（ P〈0. 01）. After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral in treatment group was lower than that in control group （ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion The efficacy of DYMD plus nifedipine zyban in the treatment of senile hypertension with deficiency syndrome of yin and yang is better than nifedipine zybano
