摘要
本文利用再生骨料代替天然粗骨料,细骨料采用天然砂,制备再生混凝土,试验研究了再生混凝土骨料和再生混凝土的基本性能,并对再生混凝土的造价和能耗进行研究。研究发现:再生骨料的表观密度、堆积密度均低于天然骨料,且再生骨料的吸水率、压碎指标均高于天然骨料;在再生混凝土中掺加粉煤灰和适当加大外加剂掺量对其进行改性后,再生混凝土的工作性能和力学性能达到了天然混凝土的水平;添加粉煤灰后的C30、C40再生混凝土造价和能耗明显低于天然混凝土;用废弃混凝土作再生粗骨料,并掺入适量粉煤灰生产的再生混凝土能耗低、CO2排放量小,节能环保。
this paper, the recycled aggregate is used to instead of natural aggregate, and the fine aggregate with natural sand, preparing regenerated concrete. The basic perform- ance of recycled concrete aggregate and recycled concrete, and the cost and energy con- sumption of recycled concrete are studied. The results show that: the apparent density and bulk density of recycled aggregate is lower than natural aggregate, but water absorption rate, crushing index are higher. The regenerated concrete mixed with fly ash and increasing additives content on the modification, the working performance and mechanical properties of recycled concrete reached the level of natural concrete. After the fly ash is added in C30 and C40 regenerated concrete, the regenerated concrete cost and energy consumption is significantly lower than natural concrete. As the recycled coarse aggregate made by waste concrete and proper amount of fly ash added to prepare regenerated concrete, the energy consumption and CO2 emissions are lower, do the energy conservation and environmental protection.
