灌水次数对中强筋小麦品种产量及品质的效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 以黄淮麦区大面积推广的半冬性水地中筋品种周麦18和强筋品种新麦26为试验材料,研究了不同的灌水次数处理对中强筋小麦品种籽粒产量及其构成因素、籽粒营养品质和加工品质的影响。结果表明:随着灌水次数的增加,产量水平逐渐增加,并达显著或极显著差异水平;籽粒营养品质表现为随灌水次数的增加而呈降低趋势;籽粒加工品质的各处理间无明显差异。 The semi-winterness moderate-gluten wheat variety Zhoumai 18 and strong-gluten wheat variety Xinmai 26, which were widely popularized in Huang-Huai wheat region, were used as test materials, and the influences of different irrigation times on their grain yield, yield components, grain nutritional quality and processing quality were studied.The results indicated that the grain yield of wheat significantly or very significantly increased with the increase in the irrigation times.The nutritional quality of wheat grains revealed a declining trend as the irrigation times increased.There was no significant difference in the processing quality of wheat grains among different treatments.
