摘要 介绍了位于抗震设防烈度八度区的兰州某综合楼带局部转换层的复杂超限高层结构设计,包括地基基础设计、主体结构抗震设计、抗震构造措施以及主要计算结果,并介绍了能承受较大不均匀荷载的型钢混凝土结构设计,指出超限高层的结构设计更应注重抗震概念设计,从而总体把握结构的抗震性能目标,加强抗震构造措施;实践结果表明采用型钢混凝土结构是减小构件截面尺寸,同时提高构件延性的有效办法. In this paper, the structure design of a complex high-rise building is introduced which was built on the complex belt of octave fortification intensity in Lanzhou. The design of foundation, the main structure’ s seismic design, the measure of the seismic construction, as well as the main computing results are included. It also shows that the seismic conceptual design should be paid more attention which can promote the seismic performance as a whole. By using the steel reinforced concrete structure, the section’ s size was decreased and at the same time the ductility was improved.
