摘要
通过试验研究HXD2型大功率电力机车密封垫所用乙丙橡胶中乙烯含量对其物理机械性能的影响,对比研究添加新型FR601和传统DBDPO/Sb2O3阻燃剂对其阻燃性能的影响,以及添加不同比例炭黑和纳米高岭土补强剂对其物理机械性能、阻燃性能和老化性能的影响。结果表明:乙烯含量为55%~60%时乙丙橡胶可获得较佳的拉伸强度和压缩永久变形性能;添加新型阻燃剂后,乙丙橡胶的氧指数比添加等量的溴系阻燃剂高1.2%,且垂直燃烧等级和45°角燃烧等级均提高1个等级,而最大热释放速率减小12.87%;按1∶1的比例添加炭黑和纳米高岭土,乙丙橡胶的耐热空气老化性能和阻燃性能最优。
Ethylene propylene rubber is used for the gasket of HXD2 electric locomotive with high power,and the influence of ethylene content on the mechanical property of ethylene propylene rubber was studied through tests.The influence of adding the new flame retardant FR601 and the traditional DBDPO/Sb2O3 on the flame retardancy was compared.The influence of different blending ratios of such reinforcing agents as carbon black and nanometer kaolin on the mechanical property,flame retardancy and aging property was also studied.The results showed that when the ethylene content was from 55%to 60%,the ethylene propylene rubber could achieve better tensile strength and compression set property.Compared to brominated flame retardant,the limited oxygen index of ethylene propylene rubber was increased by 1.2%,both the vertical burning grade and 45 degree angle burning grade were improved one grade.The maximum heat release rate is decreased by 12.87% after adding new flame retardant.When the blending ratio of carbon black and nanometer kaolin was 1∶1,the thermal air aging property and flame retardancy of ethylene propylene rubber were the best.
