摘要
总结了现有的大型轴类零件圆柱度误差的研究现状及所存在的问题。介绍了一种新的可应用于大型轴类零件圆柱度在位测量的方法——V型块法及其理论分析。并根据该方法设计出测量机构,通过实验进一步验证,实现大型轴类零件圆柱度误差的精确测量。
Summarizes the existing measurement method of cylindricity of large cylindrical elements and their problems. Introduces a new method that was called V-block method can be used in the in situ cylindricity measurements of large cylindrical elements and theoretical analysis. Based on the fundamentals of the method, a new model measuring stand was designed and constructed so that can be further verified by experiments, to achieve accurately cylindricity measurement of large cylindricity elements.
