摘要
目的观察肛泰软膏应用于痔、瘘术后伤口愈合的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组50例,对照组30组。治疗组应用肛泰软膏纱条覆盖伤口创面上,外用无菌纱布覆盖,每天换药1次。对照组采用呋喃西林浸泡的纱条覆盖伤口创面上,外用无菌纱布覆盖,每天换药1次。结果治疗组治愈率72%,对照组治愈率43.33%,治疗组治愈率明显优于对照组,差异有意义(P<0.01)。结论肛泰软膏具有很好的止痛、止血、减少创面渗出、消除水肿、促进切口愈合作用,具有效果良好,且使用方便,安全可靠,无不良反应等优点。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Gangtai ointment in the postoperative wound healing of hemorrhoids and fistula. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 50 cases and control group of 30 cases. The treatment group applied Gangtai ointment gauze on covering the wound surface, and then used topical sterile gauze cover, dressing 1 day. The control group ap- plied nitrofurazone soaked gauze on covering the wound surface, and then used topical sterile gauze cover, dressing 1 day. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 72%, the cure rate of the control group was 43.33%. The cure rate of the treatment group was sig- nificantly better than that of the control group, there were significant differences （P〈0.01） . Conclusion Gangtai ointment has good analgesic, hemostasis, wound exudates, eliminates edema, and promotes wound healing effect. It has a good effect and no adverse reac- tions, and is convenient, safe and reliable.
