摘要
线体的更新换代使穴位埋线疗法成功实现了第二次飞跃,穴位埋线使用的线是"可吸收外科缝线",最初使用的羊肠线因排异反应等原因逐渐被胶原蛋白线替代,但二者在体内的分解需要"酶"的参与,而高分子聚合物如PGLA线等具有良好的生物相容性,对人体无组织学反应,具有良好的降解性,降解产物为二氧化碳和水,尤其适合于穴位埋线疗法。
The changing of the thread makes the second leap come true successfully. Because of rejection, the catgut has been replaced by collagen thread, but both of threads are broken down by the participation of the enzyme. The PGLA thread has good biological compat-ibility degradability, without histologic response to human body. It can be degraded to carbon dioxide and water , especially suitable for acupoint embedding thread.
