摘要
曾经的"热专业"遭遇"冷就业",法学毕业生"滞销"已成为近年不争的事实。在以往的研究中,多从削减滥招规模、合理设置学科专业等来尝试解决法学毕业生就业难问题。现有的就业僵局既成,很难在短时间内明显改观。引导大学生树立宽泛法律工作理念,"大法律"是破解日成僵局的法学就业现状之新钥。"大法律"之"大",一是"大"在观念上,首先要树立"大法律"就业观念;二是"大"在竞争力上,引导学生丰储技能以扩大社会适应性;三是"大"在广度上,拓宽就业路径至各类"非诉"职位。以"大法律"理念为指引,转换传统思维定式,将法学与关联领域有机结合,以达到法科大学生最终充分就业的目标。
The law major, the forme fact that undergraduates of law school are hard to find jobs. In the previous studies, the solu- tions of this unemployment are mainly through the reduction of the enrollment scale, and reasonable system of subjects and majors. The deadlock of unemployment is hard to be unlocked in a short time. With the guidance of broad view of jobs hunting to students, Big - Law Concept is the key to solve such unemployment. The first is to widen the big - law concept, the second is to raise the work abilities to adapt to the needs of society, and the third is to expand the breadth of employment paths to various kinds of non - litigation posts. We should converse the traditional thinking, through the ways associated with the combination of law, in order to achieve the goal that law school students could achieve full employment.
