摘要
为有效完成工业通信协议向底层设备网络的拓展并解决工业控制领域的实时性问题,提出一种设计思路。利用ARM型芯片作为硬件平台,利用Linux操作系统作为软件平台,使二者结合为POWERLINK实时以太网协议栈提供运行环境,外接DM9000以太网芯片实现POWERLINK协议栈物理层功能。Wireshark软件进行的通信数据包抓取实验和主从协议站点之间的通信实验结果表明了该思路的可行性,为POWERLINK通信协议向工业现场的推广提供了一种可行途径。
To effectively expand of industrial communication protocols to the underlying device networking and solve real‐time problems in industrial control fields ,a design idea was proposed .ARM chips was used as hardware platform ,Linux operating systems was used as a software platform ,the combination provided the processing environment for POWERLINK real‐time Ethernet protocol stack ,DM9000 Ethernet chip was externally plugged to realize the physical layer functions of POWERLINK protocol stack .Results of the communication data packet capture experiments using Wireshark software and that of tests on com‐munications between master/slave protocol sites demonstrate the feasibility of this approach ,which provides a viable way to expand POWERLINK protocol to the industrial field .
