离子色谱法测定发酵乳制品中的NO_2^-、NO_3^-和SCN^- 被引量:3

Determination of Nitrite, Nitrate and Thiocyanate Ions in Fermentation Dairy by Ion Chromatography Using a Direct Conductivity Detection

摘要 建立了发酵乳制品中亚硝酸根、硝酸根和硫氰酸根的离子色谱分析方法。样品经超纯水提取,过C18柱净化后,采用Dionex Ion Pac AS11-HC阴离子分析柱进行分离,电导检测器进行检测,KOH淋洗液梯度洗脱,外标法定量。结果显示:3种阴离子的质量浓度在0.006~5.0μg/m L范围内呈良好线性(r2>0.999 8),方法检出限为0.02~0.04m g/kg。在发酵乳制品中加标回收率为78%~106.9%,相对标准偏差为0.75%~2.55%。该方法灵敏度高,准确度、精密度好,满足样品测定的定性、定量要求。 Determination of nitrite,nitrate and thiocyanate ions by ion chromatography was carried out using direct conductivity detection.First,the samples were extracted with ultrapure water and then cleaned up on a C(18) solid-phase extraction column.The target compounds can be effectively separated with a Dionex IonPac AS11-HC anion exchange column by gradient elution,in which KOH solution as mobile phase.The anions were determined by the conductivity detector,and quantified by the matched external standard method.Under the optimal conditions,the method showed good correlation exceeding 0.999 8,the linear ranges of detection for three anions were 0.006~5.0 μg/mL.The limits of detection(LOD) of this method were from 0.02 to 0.04 mg/kg.The average recoveries of the three anions in sample were in the range of 78%~106.9%,with the relative standard deviations of 0.75%~2.55%.This assay showed greater sensitivity and accuracy and can meet the requirements for the determination of nitrite,nitrate and thiocyanate ions in fermented dairy products.
