摘要
为保证水产品的质量安全,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定鱼、虾水产品中氯霉素含量。试验结果表明,氯霉素标准半对数曲线为Y=-48.321X+5.564 9,R2=0.999 7,方法精密度为1.28%,检出限为6.25 ng/kg,加样回收率为83.67%~87.06%,所检测的50份水产品中,绝大多数样品在饲喂过程中未使用氯霉素,检测结果符合我国相关限量标准。
In order to investigate the quality and security of aquatic products,the residues of chloramphenicol in aquatic product samples was detected using enzyme linked immunosorbant assay(ELISA).The results indicated that the standard curve for chloramphenieol was Y=-48.321X+5.564 9,R^2=0.999 7,the recoveries was 83.67%~87.06%,the majority of the selected samples were not deeded chloramphenieol,the results was within the limit developed by our government.
