摘要
煤矿排矸场环境风险评价是煤矿建设项目环境影响评价的重要评价内容,目前尚无统一、系统的评价方法。提出了煤矿排矸场"风险识别、风险源项分析、风险预测分析、风险评价、风险管理"的风险评价方法与步骤,给出排矸场溃坝风险值、溃坝风险影响范围、废水量计算等关键问题的定量计算方法。
Risk assessment of gangue field is an important evaluation content of environmental impact assessment in coal mine construction project, however, there is no unified and systematic evaluation method at present. This paper introduced the methods and steps of gangue field risk assessment, comprising risk identification, risk source analysis, risk forecast analysis, risk evaluation and risk management, which provided quantitative calculation methods of problems like the value - at - risk of the gangue field dam failure, the scope of the gangue field dam failure and the quantity calculation of waste water.
