摘要
用离子色谱法和纳氏试剂分光光度法对水中的铵离子进行了测定,对两种方法的线性范围、加标回收率、检出限和精密度测定值进行了比较。结果显示,离子色谱法的线性范围较纳氏试剂分光光度法宽,方法检出限低(7.07μg/L),精密度好,重复测定6次结果的RSD均小于0.29%,加标平均回收率为95.3%~116.3%,方法准确性高。离子色谱法具有操作简单、快速,预处理简单,所用试剂无毒无污染等优点,适用于水及废水中铵的测定。
Ammonium ions in water were determined by ion chromatography method and N-reagent spectrophotometry method. The linear range of the two methods, adding standard recovery, detection limit and precision measurements were compared. The results showed that the ion chromatography method had a wide linear range, and the detection limits were very low. All of the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 0. 29%. The recoveries were between 95.3% and 116.3%. The ion chromatography method was simple, rapid, non-toxic and pollution-free for detection of ammonium ion in water.
